We were blown away by the amazing views of Livadia Bay from our suite with a plunge pool! The breakfast buffet was a good mix of traditional Greek items that energized our mornings. Plus, the tranquil garden areas provided perfect spots for relaxation away from the sun!

This hotel could be a gem with some attention, but alas, my junior suite plunge pool was hardly private, and the giant tree blocked my view. I almost never saw staff. Don't even get me started on the breakfast, which lacked variety. I thought a welcome gift was a given, but guess not.

It is a nice little hotel; the staff was friendly. The rooms and the hotel were very clean. The breakfast is quite small, but perfectly sufficient - the perfect start to the day. During breakfast and at the pool you have a beautiful view of the bay. You can walk to the centre of the town.

Rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom.

Nice location, fantastic area. Very good service within 0.5 km of the airport. Nicely decorated and extremely pleasant room with a fantastic view over the sea. Many things to like: good bed, lovely food, top-class staff.

Plenty of shaded spots for reading and relaxation.

In this price range a very nice and clean complex with good service. Great view. Close to the centre and yet quiet.

Shower too small

We had an amazing stay, enjoying the huge sun-drenched balcony and the refreshing drinks available for hours. However, the Wi-Fi was quite unreliable during our time there. Definitely coming back!

Good small and homey hotel with top-class personnel upon our request to get instructions for the safe box. Lovely and beautiful location close to many restaurants and the centre where the bars and restaurants were ment walking along the beach. Also, to reach Parian Village from the port.

WC and shower much too small. Shower too small. After showering the whole room is wet.

The steaks at Ephesus and Tango Mar were real culinary hits! Breakfast with fantastic views was good, and the tranquil pool area was perfect for lounging under the sun.

First off, be ready for a walk along rocky paths to get to the hotel-definitely not for the faint of heart, especially after dark. Plus, the staff often seemed more interested in their phones than helping us out.

The breakfast was very good! Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea! We had a very beautifully situated room with terrace and window! Great view!! Room 22!!

The ocean view from the spacious balcony was amazing, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast offered a good variety, though an addition of more dried fruits would enhance it further. While the location is ideal for accessing the beach and exploring the surrounding area, there were some issues with the Wi-Fi signal, especially further from reception. A few more items on the menu would elevate the dining experience, as some dishes felt repetitious.
